Job Description

Our Change and Transformation team are helping a client find a SAP Change Manager for an 11 month day rate project. The role is based near Birmingham, UK. However the majority of the work can be done remotely, with travel to HQ needed once a month.

 

The position will suit a dedicated SAP Change contractor with their own limited company structure in place. Although we are happy to help facilitate anyone who is looking to get into contracting for the first time.

 

Cliff notes:

 

  • Mid / senior level

  • SAP experience

  • UK based HQ, but remote is fine

  • 5 plus years experience working on large scale change projects

  • You will work closely with a head of change management

Experienced SAP Change Manager focusing on the following areas:

 

  • Defining and mobilising a Change Network, focusing on ensuring :
      • Mobilizing the Change Network
      • Leadership Team (Managers reporting into the Executives) are clear on their ownership of the change. They are briefed by the programme and engaged so they can lead their teams through the SAP change.

      • Working with Workstream leads and Business Units heads to define the “Process Principles”,covering the scope, why we are doing this, how today we work vs how we’ll work tomorrow, and how this all fits together with company objectives.

      • Enabling an engagement model that will ensure semi-autonomous areas of the Organisation are engaged correctly.

      • Defining a framework and supporting the Change Network develop Process Education / Deep Dives, ensuring team members understand the processes and their role before going to training.

      • Reviewing the Exec and Leadership Stakeholder assessment with SAP CM Team and HR, and ensuring plans are in places to address any risks.

      • Capturing feedback on the effectiveness of the Change Network and Business Engagement through interviews and Surveys.

      • Reviewing results from the feedback and taking action to promote areas that are working well and providing ideas and actions on how to support areas of opportunity.
