Job Description

We are helping a financial services client hire a business analyst for a 12 month contract assignment. 

They are beginning a large programme of work that focuses on customer onboarding and integration. This involves a lot of customer journey mapping and optimisation across physical and digital touchpoints. So, ideally we want to speak with BAs with a customer experience background. 

If you are a dedicated business analyst who is open to contracting and has an interest in, and knowledge of, CX, service design or user experience then we want to hear from you.

The position is a mixture of remote and in office (Dublin). The pay rate is dependent on experience. If this sounds like you please read on and get in touch.

Your experience: 

  • Relevant experience in CX, service design or related work.

  • Passionate about end users and optimising for their needs.

  • Knowledge of existing and emerging customer centric BA tools and methods. 

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 

  • Experience in running online and offline workshops. 

  • Accustomed to working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members. 

  • You will have created most or all of the following:

    • stakeholder maps

    • empathy maps

    • Interview scripts

    • workshops

    • service blueprints

    • customer journey maps
