Job Description

We are working with an international, scaling technology business. They are looking for a dynamic, resourceful Account Based Marketer/ B2B Marketer/ Content Marketer who’s ready to stretch and grow their skills as part of a motivated team. 

As part of the B2B team you will work on developing the sales pipeline through multi-channel campaigns and marketing activities that are repeatable and scalable.

You will be able to adapt quickly and be highly organised, responsive and outcome oriented. The role requires creativity, accuracy and foresight to generate pipelines of bulls-eye leads, manage progression and accelerate conversion. 

You will have great communication and collaboration skills giving you the ability to work across the aisles with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as marketing, B2B, government agencies (B2G), channel sales, digital, creatives, careers services, learners, education partners and hiring partners. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Define, create and execute marketing campaigns that deliver strong in-target leads across digital and social channels

  • Write and produce clear, engaging and effective campaigns that meet company criteria

  • Make savvy, data driven decisions and manage the lead-gen process and follow up

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver growth

  • Effectively use marketing tools and technologies including Hubspot, Google Analytics  and Wordpress along with GSuite applications and social media channels

  • Implement SEO best practice in all campaigns and communications

  • Evaluate, analyse and report on outcomes and inform marketing activity.

Requirements 

  • 3+ years’ experience in ABM/Content Marketing roles driving growth across B2B and B2G channels

  • Proven track record running successful multi-channel ABM/Content campaigns 

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, and creative team player.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and native/fluent English speaker. 

  • Demonstrable understanding of the sales and marketing cycle

  • Results-focused with a clear understanding and using data to achieve results

  • Professional experience using marketing tools and social media channels 

  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects) and video editing a bonus.
