Our Change and Transformation team are helping a client find a SAP Change Manager for an 11 month day rate project. The role is based near Birmingham, UK. However the majority of the work can be done remotely, with travel to HQ needed once a month.

 

The position will suit a dedicated SAP Change contractor with their own limited company structure in place. Although we are happy to help facilitate anyone who is looking to get into contracting for the first time.

Experienced SAP Change Manager focusing on the following areas:

 

  • Defining and mobilising a Change Network, focusing on ensuring :
      • Mobilizing the Change Network
      • Leadership Team (Managers reporting into the Executives) are clear on their ownership of the change. They are briefed by the programme and engaged so they can lead their teams through the SAP change.

      • Working with Workstream leads and Business Units heads to define the “Process Principles”,covering the scope, why we are doing this, how today we work vs how we’ll work tomorrow, and how this all fits together with company objectives.

      • Enabling an engagement model that will ensure semi-autonomous areas of the Organisation are engaged correctly.

      • Defining a framework and supporting the Change Network develop Process Education / Deep Dives, ensuring team members understand the processes and their role before going to training.

      • Reviewing the Exec and Leadership Stakeholder assessment with SAP CM Team and HR, and ensuring plans are in places to address any risks.

      • Capturing feedback on the effectiveness of the Change Network and Business Engagement through interviews and Surveys.

      • Reviewing results from the feedback and taking action to promote areas that are working well and providing ideas and actions on how to support areas of opportunity.

Summary:

A banking and financial services client of ours is seeking an interim Junior UX Designer to join them on an initial 12-month contract basis in Dublin. The role will be a mix of remote and hybrid (depending on how the next few months pan out).

 

You will get the opportunity to explore, define and conduct designs and redesigns of digital user experiences for onboarding and retention journeys for their banking products. These are delivered across multiple platforms from desktop to web; from mobile to tablet devices; for both browser-based experiences and native apps. You will liaise closely with UX designers, digital analysts, digital marketing and front end developers, as well as other members of the product team, to deliver quality and enjoyable human-centred experiences.

 

The majority of your time will be spent helping the web services team understand user behaviour through digital analytics work, and take the lessons learned from analysing user behaviour to make validated improvements to website journeys.
