We are helping our financial services client find a senior UX manager who can operate at team lead or practice head level for a six-month day-rate contract.

This is a management role focused on three key areas. Firstly, we need someone who can mentor and effectively deploy a group of designers and writers across a number of concurrent projects.

Someone who can manage senior internal stakeholders, setting their expectations and making cogent arguments for why they should follow user-centred design best practices.

Finally, we need someone who has experience getting the best out of third-party consultancies and agencies through clear communication and goal setting.

You'll need to come from a user experience background, have worked at senior manager level, be interested in mentoring and leadership and have a track record in delivering while working in an enterprise environment.

This is an immediate start, with a good day-rate available. Obviously it will be remote to start with and then a combination of some remote and some Dublin City Centre work when the restrictions are lifted.
