We are working with a well known large consumer brand with an established presence in the UK and Ireland.
They are now in a period of investment and growth and are looking to hire a sales leader to drive better quality and higher margin customer acquisition and retention from competitors and their existing base.
It is a tough role, of that there is no doubt, but a worthwhile and well rewarded challenge for the successful person. To succeed you will need to be able to lead a core team of senior managers who in turn lead their own teams. It is a cross channel role, so you will need to have experience managing the sales efforts of inbound, outbound, in-field and partner teams.
It is a regulated industry, so again, a background working in a consumer sales leadership role in a regulated industry is key. As is the ability to set out a strategy, influence up and inspire down.
