Job Description

We have been retained by a large insurance company to help find a Digital Specialist to create a marketing leading digital experience for their customers and prospects that inspires trust, motivates brand consideration and drives loyalty. This is a permanent job, based in Dublin and this role reports to the  Head of Digital. 

IN BULLET

  • Manage the delivery of composite digital projects with support from the digital lead 
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments in the delivery of digital initiatives 
  • Deliver ongoing improvements to the brand website and online customer experience 
  • Responsible for management of digital media buying as part of the overall media strategy 
  • Responsible for creative development, management and analysis of all digital display campaigns 
  • Responsible for management and analysis of all SEO and PPC campaigns 
  • Responsible for the planning, creative production and development of campaign landing pages 
  • Day-to-day management of all digital properties (websites, applications, microsites, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies and suppliers to deliver digital projects on time, within scope and on budget
  • Responsible for the development and management of effective reporting systems to monitor performance of agreed KPIs/commercial targets
  • Share insights with marketing team on a weekly basis
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities to improve digital customer experience

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU NEED TO BE/HAVE

  • 3rd level marketing degree or digital marketing qualification and strong IT technical skills
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a digital marketing role 
  • Detailed knowledge of web analytics platforms, digital strategy, web design and development, Google AdWords and digital media campaign management and ability to gather insights
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proven track record in delivering quality digital output 
  • A team player who is able to work off own initiative
