We are working with an advertising agency with digital at their core who have doubled their team in the last 12 months after partnering with a well known global agency network. They are looking to hire a digital strategist to join their team. This is a senior, leadership hire. The digital strategist sits within the performance marketing area of the agency. The performance team works alongside two other departments (creative and technology) to provide full service to clients from creative ideation, to design, build and all the way through to media campaign strategy, execution and reporting.
The digital strategist needs to take a leadership role in planning performance marketing campaigns with their clients to take full advantage of the agencies ability to identify the sweet spot of creative performance and technology. You will also need to direct and improve the performance of the campaign teams work.

- Mid to senior career level
