    • At least 2 years’ experience of recruiting participants, managing and running ethnographic or user research and insight projects, identifying objectives, reporting and recommended steer 
    • At least 2 years’ experience of managing and running user-testing objectives, test-scripts, recruitment, moderation, documentation, reports. Experience on moderated remote user testing a plus
    • Strong communication skills: ability to present in a concise and articulate manner to other stakeholders. Demonstration of user-centred-design, including user-research, persona and scenario creation, wireframing, testing and reporting 
    • Deep familiarity of research typical software such as Usabilla, Loop 11, UserZoom, Qualatrics
    • Deep familiarity of prototyping in typical software such as Axure, Invision
